Terms & Conditions

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts between TIXPI by Avancy GmbH (hereinafter "TIXPI") and the customer for moving and transport services.
2. Conclusion of contract
A contract is concluded when the customer completes a booking via the TIXPI platform and receives a booking confirmation from TIXPI. The price is fixed at the time of booking.
3. Prices and payment
All prices shown are fixed prices in Swiss Francs (CHF) including VAT. No hidden fees. Payment is made according to the payment options shown on the platform.
4. Cancellation and rebooking
Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the booked appointment. Cancellation fees may apply for later cancellations. Rebookings are possible up to 24 hours before the appointment.
5. Liability
TIXPI is liable for damage to transported items in accordance with statutory provisions. The customer is obliged to report damage immediately after delivery. TIXPI assumes no liability for force majeure or damage caused by improper packaging by the customer.
6. Customer obligations
The customer must: provide correct information relevant to the booking; ensure access to the specified addresses; be present or provide an authorised person at the agreed appointment; package fragile items correctly.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland.
