The operator of the website www.tixpi.ch (hereinafter the “Platform”) is TIXPI. Data protection is very important to TIXPI. This privacy policy outlines how TIXPI handles personal data, and in particular, specifies which personal data of Platform visitors and TIXPI are processed and for what purposes this data is processed. Data and documents transmitted by the visitor to TIXPI are used and processed by TIXPI for the provision of contractual services. Specifically, data processing includes, for example, the following:
- Creation of a visitor account
- Creation of a visitor profile
- Brokering of orders between visitors and transport companies for transportation
- Use for marketing purposes, specifically to better understand visitor needs, improve TIXPI’s services, and to show the customer interesting offers related to relocation
- Use for payment and collection purposes
- Verification of compliance with the GTC and prevention of unlawful use of the Platform Access to personal information is restricted to TIXPI employees.
3.1.1 Identity and Creditworthiness Check when Selecting Payment Methods
When you process a payment via TIXPI, you consent to your personal data (first name, last name, address, date of birth, phone number) and order-related data being transmitted to our payment service provider, Stripe, for the purpose of executing the payment.
4. Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties
4.1 TIXPI may engage third parties to provide its services and may disclose data to them for this purpose. Visitors hereby give TIXPI their consent to this disclosure of their data. TIXPI ensures that third parties engaged by TIXPI comply with applicable data protection regulations.
4.2 Furthermore, TIXPI may provide user data to selected third parties for physical marketing.
4.3 Data exchange with partners With the user’s consent, TIXPI may disclose personal data (first name, last name, phone number, email address, old & new residential address, service type, service date, number of rooms, number of people) to selected partner companies to enable the user to receive tailored offers (e.g., insurance consulting, product consulting). The selection of partner companies is made after careful consideration and taking into account the user’s interests. The user has the right to withdraw their consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
